Our beautiful, sculptural varieties of cheese

Our Cheese Types

Goat Milk Cheddar:

Made in small batches and aged a minimum of 90 days, it’s deliciously sharp and smooth with a robust cheddar flavor. And because it’s firm and sliceable, it’s perfectly suited for cooking and for serving.

Goat Milk Halloumi:

Semi-hard, unripened cheese made from a mixture of goat’s and sheep’s milk. It has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or grilled. This property makes it a popular meat substitute.

Goat Milk Feta:

Moist and salty with a satisfying savoury flavour and pleasantly acidic mouth feel. The smooth and creamy texture of Mainland Goat’s Milk Feta packs an extra flavour bite. So if you enjoy versatility and a tangy taste this is the cheese for you.

Goat Milk Gouda:

This Dutch-style cheese is made with whole milk using a washed curd method giving it a mild flavour and a creamy buttery texture. The cheese is then left to age for three months.

Goat Milk Chevre:

Chèvre is a fabulous soft cheese with a variety of uses. You can simply eat it on a cracker, you can add herbs to it. Put it on pizza, salad, stuffed tomatoes…the world is pretty much your oyster when it comes to a fresh batch of chèvre. We have the following chevre flavors:
